AI content acceptable use policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026. This policy forms part of our Terms of service and covers uploaded photos, performance notes, generated video and audio, and use of those outputs.
Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation
Uploading, requesting, creating, storing or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. This includes sexual exploitation, sexualization or abuse of anyone under 18, and synthetic, edited, fictional or age-ambiguous depictions of such abuse. Grooming, solicitation and attempts to evade these protections are also prohibited. There are no artistic, fictional or “AI-only” exceptions.
When we identify suspected child sexual exploitation, we promptly restrict access while reviewing it, prevent further misuse where possible, and terminate access for confirmed serious abuse. We preserve only information needed for investigation and applicable legal obligations, and report to competent authorities where required. Do not download, attach or redistribute suspected CSAM to make a report.
Other prohibited content and uses
- Pornography, explicit sexual content, and non-consensual intimate images or sexual deepfakes.
- Graphic violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, or instructions facilitating serious harm or weapons of mass destruction.
- Hate, targeted harassment, or exploitation of people based on protected characteristics.
- Deceptive impersonation, fraud, misleading endorsements, or manipulation of a real person's likeness without permission.
- Violations of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights, including unauthorized music or artist voice imitation.
- Attempts to bypass safety checks, conceal unlawful requests, abuse accounts, or present generated footage deceptively as authentic evidence.
Use only photos you own or are authorized to use, with permission from identifiable people. Check rights before publishing or commercial use. Disclose AI generation when sharing, and do not imply that a depicted person actually performed the generated scene.
How safety checks work
AI model: ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini (bytedance/seedance-2-mini), accessed through KIE API (api.kie.ai). Model & service details. Outputs are AI-generated.
Waffo Prompt Screening checks the final text prompt, including user directions, before photos leave our server for generation. We request semantic enforcement and proceed only on an allow verdict. A blocked, uncertain or failed check does not consume generation credits or the daily free allowance. You may revise your direction, retry a temporarily unavailable check, or appeal.
KIE's provider-side NSFW filter is enabled during generation. Waffo's prompt scanner examines text, not uploaded photos or video frames. We do not claim that automated filtering detects every violation or that every output is manually pre-approved. Outputs are private to their account or guest browser, and reported content can be restricted pending human review.
Report content
Use the dedicated content report form without signing in, the “Report this video” link in My studio, or email complain@raindanceaivideogenerator.org. This channel is reviewed by the site operator. Include a task ID or page link if known, a brief non-graphic explanation, the concern category, and a contact email. Select child safety or another urgent category for serious risk. Never send illegal media, passwords, card numbers or API keys.
The form immediately confirms receipt and gives a case reference. Reports are stored privately. We restrict access to report details to people who need them to investigate, and do not disclose the reporter's identity to the reported user except where legally required. A report is a request for review, not proof of wrongdoing.
Response and action timelines
- Serious reports: suspected CSAM, non-consensual intimate content and credible threats or severe violence receive an initial human response within 24 hours, including weekends. Identified harmful content is restricted promptly while the investigation continues.
- Other reports: an initial human response within 3 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday in UTC.
- We provide an outcome or progress update within 7 business days of receipt. If investigation needs more time, we explain the delay and next update date to the reporter.
This is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if anyone faces immediate danger. We do not operate a staffed 24/7 review team.
Decisions and appeals
Depending on the findings, we may reject generation, restrict video access, warn the user, suspend account or guest access, or end access for severe or repeated abuse. Restrictions also apply to saved downloads served by this website. We cannot retrieve copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere. Decisions are recorded with the case reference.
Appeal through the report form or the dedicated email within 30 days of a decision. Include your case or task reference and explain why it should be reconsidered. The operator re-examines the evidence and provides a decision or progress update within 10 business days; we do not claim an independent review team. We can restore access when a restriction was mistaken.
