Terms of service

The service

Raindance AI is an independent tool for creating new AI-generated performances from reference photos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the Raindance song, any artist, record label, festival or performance platform.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or operate an account. Keep your login private. You must own or have permission to use submitted photos and obtain permission from identifiable people shown. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, hateful or non-consensual intimate content. Do not use this service to impersonate someone deceptively or imply endorsement.

Free guest use

Without signing in, each IP address may generate one free video per UTC day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Shared networks share this allowance. Confirmed failed generations restore the allowance. Guest video access depends on the cookie in the browser used to create the video.

Credits and payments

Prices are shown in USD. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. A standard 6-second, 720p generation costs 10 credits. Credits are reserved before submission and restored for a confirmed generation failure. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Availability, generation times and output quality can vary. Contact support for billing issues or refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

AI output and music

Results may contain visual artifacts, altered likenesses or unexpected motion. No specific quality, identity match or commercial rights are guaranteed. The original Raindance song and artist voices are not supplied. Check rights in all inputs, output and added audio before commercial use, and label synthetic content where required.

Downloads and availability

Output URLs are temporary. Download completed media promptly; My studio is a task history, not permanent media storage. We may suspend abusive accounts or pause generation during service outages. If a submission result is uncertain, support will review the task before any retry to avoid duplicate charges.
